I took apart my Acer Aspire laptop out of curiosity and now I need help putting it back together. I can't figure out the exact model, but I think it's from around 2013 and has an Intel Core i3 processor. Before I disassembled it, the laptop was struggling with a few issues: the keyboard wasn't working, it was overheating and shutting down, Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, it was super slow, and the disk wasn't reading properly. Any advice on how to reassemble it would be really appreciated! Sorry if the photos I took are a bit blurry, but you can check them out here: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/eql7f5q4kkgju/Laptop

First things first, try to identify the exact model number, which should be on the bottom panel of the laptop. Once you have that, look up disassembly videos specifically for that model. It’ll make things way easier!
Honestly, it might be a good idea to take it to a professional. Reassembling laptops can be tricky without proper instructions, and a pro will know exactly what to do.
Thanks for the suggestion!
You might find the model number in your last photo. I think it starts with 'Aspire E1-472P,' but it's hard to tell what the last few numbers are. Use that to find a teardown guide or video. As for the issues you mentioned, the keyboard could be a loose connection, the overheating might be dust buildup, and you should definitely check if the Wi-Fi antennas are properly connected. Considering its age, if the HDD is bad, switching to an SSD could be a great upgrade, but you might want to weigh your options on whether it's worth fixing or just getting a new one.
Thank you for the detailed advice! I’ll definitely talk to my parents about getting a new laptop and look into the HDD/SSD situation further.
Thank you for the tip!
