Here's how the prices for the GPUs look in my area: 5070 for $750, 5070ti for $980, and 9070xt for $765. I'm looking for advice on which card to go for at these prices. Also, being new to PC building, I've noticed that higher-end GPUs often come with features like ray tracing and path tracing. They look amazing, but I hear they can drop fps by 20-40%, so I might end up turning them off.
