If you're planning on gaming, I recommend going with the first list featuring the RTX 5070 GPU. It outperforms the 7800 XT from the second list significantly. The first list doesn't include a cooler because the CPU already comes with a stock cooler; it's decent enough for basic use but not the quietest. Just make sure you budget for a monitor since it isn't included either.
That sounds right, but considering the higher cost, is it worth sacrificing other components? I'm curious about what monitor to look for as well since I prefer a 1440p.
