I'm currently upgrading my GPU from a 3070 Ti MSI Gaming X Trio to an MSI 4070 Ti SUPRIM X and I have a quick question about the power cables. My cooler is a Cooler Master V850 SFX Gold PSU, which has four 8-pin PCIe outputs. However, the 4070 Ti requires a single 16-pin power connector and didn't come with the necessary adapter since I bought it used. I found a cable on Amazon that seems to be a potential solution, but I want to make sure I'm making the right choice. Can I use this cable to connect three of my PSU's 8-pin connectors to power the GPU's 16-pin, or should I be looking for an official adapter? I really want to avoid any risk of damaging my setup!

I actually checked and couldn’t find that cable either, so it’s possible you have an older model of the PSU that didn’t come with it. Make sure to look for the exact model; your PSU might only support ATX 2.31 and not the later versions that include those cables.
If you really can’t find the cable, you can definitely use that Amazon cable by plugging three 8-pin connectors into it. Just double-check the adapter’s specs to ensure it can handle the power draw. It’s always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to power delivery!
You shouldn't need to purchase anything extra! Your Cooler Master V850 SFX PSU should have a 12VHPWR or 12V-2x6 cable included for that 16-pin connection. It's a common feature nowadays. Check again, you might have it stowed away in the box or with your cables.
