Hey everyone, I'm having a frustrating issue with my Dell XPS 15 running Windows 11. Everything was running smoothly until yesterday when I started noticing that web pages take forever to load and YouTube videos keep buffering. Initially, I thought it was my internet connection, but I ran a speed test at work and my speed was only 40mbps compared to my boss's 400mbps. Additionally, I've been encountering strange behavior with my login screen, which is sometimes black instead of showing the usual image, and some programs are sluggish to start or lag during use. I've already scanned for malware with Malwarebytes, Avast, and Windows Defender, but nothing came up. Any suggestions on what I should do next? Thanks!

Sounds like you might have some updates processing in the background slowing things down. Instead of rebooting, just leave it on for a while; sometimes those updates can take some time to work through. You might want to check on that and see if it helps!
Make sure to back up your data before tweaking BIOS settings or disk setups. It's better to be safe! And if you're still stuck after trying those updates, you might want to consult a dedicated malware guide just to be cautious.
First thing I’d recommend is to update your drivers and the OS. It’s usually the most straightforward fix after a reboot. If you’ve already rebooted a ton of times, make sure to check if there are any pending updates for your drivers that might help improve performance.
