I uninstalled a vault app that uses AES encryption, and I have my data saved in its original size. I tried using an AI tool for help, but it couldn't assist with decryption. The filenames look like "e-9cc7eef4-ee7c-481d-9ca6-1163b057bd03+1" and contain my hair fall progress photos and some videos with my girlfriend. Is there any way to decrypt my data?

Reinstalling the app could be your best shot. Once you do that, place your saved data back into the app's designated folder and see if that makes a difference. The encryption type could be a factor, so just recovering the app might help.
