Will an RX 9060 XT and Ryzen 5 5500 Manage 1080p 60FPS Gaming?

I'm planning an upgrade and want to confirm if my setup will work well for gaming. Currently, I have an RX 9060 XT with 16GB of VRAM and a Ryzen 5 4500 CPU, but I'm upgrading to a Ryzen 5 5500 next week. My motherboard is an MSI B450-m VDH PRO, and I've got 16GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM (I'm considering a 32GB kit later). I game on a 1080p 60Hz monitor and mostly enjoy story-driven games like Cyberpunk, Claire Obscure, Hogwarts Legacy, and recently Where Winds Meet. Would the combination of the Ryzen 5 5500 and RX 9060 XT give me solid performance at 1080p 60 FPS? I'd love to upgrade to a 5600 or 5600x, but the prices are prohibitive in my region. Transitioning to AM5 can wait for now as I've spent quite a bit on the GPU.

Honestly, the upgrade to the 5500 won't make a huge difference. If you can, save a little longer and go for a 5600 or 5600x; you'll see much better performance. But yes, the RX 9060 XT is definitely capable of hitting 1080p at over 60 FPS in most games, often approaching 100 FPS with high settings, which is more than enough for what you're looking for.

I see your point. The prices really play a huge role in my decision. I can look around for deals, maybe even on AliExpress. There could be better options like a 5700 too.
