Fixing Stuttering Issues in Gaming PCs

I've been dealing with some really frustrating stuttering in my gaming PC for the past two years. It feels especially bad in open world games, particularly when new assets are loading. The problem seems worse in DirectX 12 and Unreal Engine 5 titles. I've tried adjusting all the in-game graphics settings, but nothing seems to help.

I've already swapped out my RAM, power supply, and graphics card, so now I'm left wondering if the motherboard, SSD, or CPU are at fault. I've updated my BIOS and drivers, repasted the CPU multiple times (it usually sits around 40-45°C but can spike up to 80-85°C while gaming), and tinkered with different power settings. I'm at my wit's end with this build and would appreciate any advice on which component might be causing these issues so I can replace it. Here are my specs:

* CPU: Ryzen 5 7600
* RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR5 6200MHz
* PSU: Corsair RM750x
* Motherboard: ASRock B650M-H/M.2+
* SSD: Samsung 870 QVO 2TB
* GPU: Asus Prime OC RTX 5070

First off, make sure your monitor is connected directly to your GPU, not the motherboard. Just double-checking that! If that's good, Unreal Engine 5 has its own issues with stuttering sometimes, and while your SSD isn't the fastest, it should be okay for most tasks. However, if you find yourself needing more speed, consider upgrading to a faster M.2 SSD. Also, if you're aiming for smoother performance, a Ryzen 7 7800X3D may help with those low frame rates. And don't forget to enable XMP in your BIOS to ensure your RAM is running at its proper speed—this can have a significant impact on performance!
