Hey folks! I came across an old computer that's being scrapped, and I noticed that when I plugged in a USB drive, TXOne Stellar Protect popped up, asking for a password to access it. Now, I'm trying to uninstall this software through the Control Panel, but it keeps asking for a password again. I don't have access to it and I'm not sure how to get around this. Does anyone know how I can uninstall TXOne Stellar Protect without the password?

One option is to create a Windows USB installer and use it to reload the operating system. This will wipe everything clean, though, so be sure you want to go this route!
If you're just looking to access the USB drive, it might be best to leave it alone since it sounds like it’s not your data. Returning the PC to its original owner might be the simplest solution.

Are you suggesting I'd need to install a fresh version of Windows? What if I want to keep all the stuff on the PC?
