I started exporting a 50GB mailbox and sites from Purview yesterday at 9 AM, and the original ETA was 8 hours. Now, after 30 hours, the ETA is still 7 hours! This isn't the first time I've done such exports, and they normally complete much quicker. I wanted to finish this over the weekend to transfer exported PSTs and files to another account before Monday, but at this rate, that won't happen. Does anyone else know if Microsoft's experiencing issues, or is this just how it goes sometimes with Purview?

Have you tried uploading an ADM file to import? Just be prepared to wait for it to be available, it might take ages.
I've noticed Purview has always had its quirks, but things have definitely gotten rougher since that big Azure outage last month. There have been content searches failing mid-export, and I'm getting some multi-day delays on DLP alerts. There's no proof that these issues are connected, but it's definitely strange timing.

It seems pretty normal for Purview, unfortunately. The ETAs are all over the place, and I've seen exports stall for hours or even days with no real reason behind it.
Honestly, the entire process is pretty frustrating, and the ETAs are as reliable as a Windows file copy dialogue. If you can use other tools, I’d recommend looking into them. Sharegate has worked well for us, and we've used Veeam for Office 365 to backup and restore to PSTs without issues. Just be mindful that it might cost a bit if you need more than the 10 accounts.
Totally feel you! I tried getting a 7GB export done this week, and it took me three tries to finally get it completed.
