I'm getting around 50 FPS for my 1% lows while playing Cyberpunk, which seems pretty low compared to my average FPS of 220. My setup includes a 9800x3d CPU and I'm gaming at a resolution of 3440x1440. I haven't experienced any noticeable stutter, but I'm curious if this is an acceptable performance level. Here's a link to some stats for reference: https://imgur.com/a/Fcn4XVn.

Have you checked your RAM speed? Sometimes that can affect performance. I'm assuming you're running at 6000 MHz, but double-check to see if the actual speed reported matches that. It might help with your overall FPS.
It sounds like you might just be hitting a traversal spike in the game. Those 1% lows can vary a lot based on what's happening on screen at the time. I recommend using NVIDIA's statistics display; it's a great way to keep track of your 1% lows in real-time, rather than relying on Rivatuner, which might not capture these fluctuating moments as accurately.
Is there a way to enable the NVIDIA stats? I'd like to check that out.
It's a percentage, so the duration doesn’t really play a part in the calculations. Just focus on the numbers you’re getting.
