I'm new to building PCs and I'm wondering if the following specs are good for gaming: Intel Core Ultra 5 225F, MSI RTX 4060 VENTUS 2X BLACK 8G OC, 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5, 1TB WD_BLACK SN770 NVMe Gen. 4 SSD, MSI MAG B860 Tomahawk WiFi, and a 650W 80 Plus Bronze PSU. Appreciate any insights!

For gaming, AMD currently has the edge with their processors. Also, make sure your PSU is reliable—don't skimp on it. By the way, how much RAM are you planning to use, and what speed is it? That makes a difference too!

I'm thinking about going with 16GB or maybe even 32GB.

Your specs are decent for 1080p gaming, but I have to say the Ultra 5 225F paired with 16GB of DDR5 isn't the best value. If you want something that lasts longer and performs better, consider going for an R5 9600X with a dual 16GB 6000 CL30 setup instead. The socket you're using (LGA 1851) is already outdated, so you might run into upgrade issues down the line.
