I've been having terrible internet issues for about a year. Initially, I thought it was just my internet speed, so I upgraded it, but the problem is still there. Upon checking my PC, I noticed that the bases of the WiFi antennae are quite loose and wiggle a lot. The nuts on the connectors seem to keep them down somewhat, but I'm still experiencing poor internet performance. I'm wondering how to fix this issue. Should I consider taking it to a repair shop? I can share photos and additional details if needed, but I'm looking for some advice on how to move forward.

Since you've tried various adjustments and nothing seems to help, it could be a hardware issue. If the connector feels sunken in, that might indicate a damaged port on your network card. It could be worth taking it to a repair shop; they can diagnose if it's a simple fix or if you need a replacement.
It sounds like you've overtightened the connectors. Try loosening them again to see if that improves the connection. If you still can’t get it to work, you might want to check the network card; is it integrated into the motherboard? Also, if you don’t know your motherboard’s model, look on the back of it for a sticker. And don't forget to make sure your WiFi drivers are up to date! Good luck!
Thanks for the tips! I did loosen the antennae a bit, but it’s still a no-go for connecting. It’s definitely frustrating!
I appreciate your help! I think I might have to take it in if I can't figure it out soon.
