I recently received several new laptops that come pre-installed with Windows 11 24H2. I've been hearing quite a bit about various issues folks are experiencing with this version, which has led me to want to standardize our systems on 23H2 instead. I'm curious if anyone can guide me on how to downgrade these devices to 23H2. Ideally, I want to manage this process through Intune, but I'm open to using a PowerShell script during the out-of-box experience (OOBE) as part of our setup. Any advice or steps I can follow?

Going back to an older version isn't usually how most people handle things. If you’re going to standardize, it might be smarter to address issues with 24H2 directly. Try out 24H2 on a few test devices and see what problems arise—develop new policies as needed.
Honestly, 23H2 will reach its end of life in about 7 months. Have you actually faced any specific issues with 24H2? Because it might be worth hanging tight to see how it performs for you first before making any changes.
Many people are saying 24H2 is stable enough for most tasks. If you have the chance, I’d suggest you test it out for yourself before taking the plunge into downgrading. It’s common for complaints to be more vocal online than praise, so keep that in mind!
Just a heads-up: unless you're running Windows Enterprise, keep in mind that support for 23H2 runs out in November! That's not much longer than the support for Windows 10. Are you really dealing with these problems?
Totally agree! Sometimes instead of looking back, focusing on troubleshooting and adapting is the way to go.
