I'm upgrading my PC and my current 600W power supply just doesn't have enough oomph for my new components. I'm looking for recommendations on which power supplies would be suitable for an RTX 5070 and Ryzen 7 5800XT. Any suggestions?

Honestly, 600W can be enough unless your power supply is quite old or faulty. Most newer systems won't have a problem with that wattage unless there's another issue.

What do you consider really old? I recently built mine in 2020-21, but I'm getting a red LED on my GPU when I try to start it up.

A good option would be a 750W power supply, but definitely check out this tier list to find one that’s really reliable: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1akCHL7Vhzk_EhrpIGkz8zTEvYfLDcaSpZRB6Xt6JWkc/htmlview. Look for ones rated A or B tier for quality.
