Help! My PC Keeps Crashing Randomly – Need Suggestions

I've been dealing with some serious issues where my PC just crashes out of nowhere, especially when using websites like Udemy, eBay, and Amazon. Sometimes, my browser closes unexpectedly, games freeze up, and I even get the dreaded blue screen of death (BSOD) that makes my PC restart. I tried reinstalling Windows, which took forever, and after extensive troubleshooting (including checking my RAM and SSD), I finally managed to install Windows 11 on a new SSD. I have a total of 64GB RAM (2x sets of 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5), and I've tested various configurations but still no luck. I even swapped out my GPU after uninstalling all drivers and that didn't help either. The crashes just keep happening, especially while I'm browsing, and I'm really at my wit's end here! What could be causing this?

You might want to check for dump files related to those BSODs. They can give us a clearer picture of what's causing the crashes. If you're able to boot into Windows or Safe Mode, look in C:WindowsMinidump. If you find any files, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site. The more there are, the better the diagnosis will be!

I checked but there aren’t any minidump files even though I've had blue screens after reinstalling. This is so frustrating!

It sounds like there could be an issue with your CPU, especially if you're using a 13th or 14th-gen Intel model. Make sure your BIOS is up to date, and consider disabling Turbo Boost or any overclocking features. This might help stabilize things.

I updated the BIOS a few weeks back, and it did help initially, but the issues resurfaced. I only have XMP enabled, but tried without it too.

Make sure to check the stop code from the BSOD in the event viewer. It might save you some troubleshooting time. Also, running 4 sticks of RAM can be tricky. Have you tried running just 2 sticks to see if that solves the problem?

I have tried that too and still got BSODs, with the error being IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL most of the time.
