I've noticed that my PC, which used to run games like Marvel's Spiderman 2 without any issues, is now taking a really long time to load them. I've tried adjusting the game graphics, updating my drivers, and even cleaned my PC. My temperatures are fine and I recently upgraded with a new cooler and fans as well. I'm running Windows 11 Pro equipped with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X CPU, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GPU, and 32 GB of DDR4 RAM. My storage is SSD and contains both the OS and my games. What could be wrong?

You might want to check your RAM using testmem5 instead of memtest86. Running a stress test on both your CPU and GPU using OCCT could help spot any serious issues too. If everything checks out fine, a clean reinstall of Windows could be a good next step, and don’t forget to check your storage health with CrystalDiskMark.
Why do you prefer testmem5 over memtest86?
How's your power management? Do you turn off your PC when not in use? Regular shutdowns can sometimes help with performance, just curious!
I do turn it off when I go to bed.
It could be a low SSD space issue. How much free space do you have left?
My OS SSD has around 30GB free and the games SSD has over 400GB, so that should be okay.
Did this issue start after any recent updates or installations? A system restore to an earlier point might help if things got wonky after an auto update.
I think it started after my PC auto-upgraded to Windows 11.
It's worth checking if there's a problem with your drive. Keeping an eye on its health can give more insight into any loading issues.

I'll give that a try and let you know! Thanks!
