What are the best ways to securely share files and see if clients engage with them?

My team uses Kiteworks for sending secure messages. It notifies me when the message is read, and if there are attachments, I get alerts when they are downloaded. It’s been really effective!

Box.com alerts you if a file has been downloaded, while Dropbox doesn’t have that option. Both are great for sharing files, and you can use them without having to create an account.
