Struggling with BIOS Setup on My New PC—Help Needed!

Hey everyone! I recently received a PC from a friend and I've been trying to get it running, but I'm pretty lost. When I turn it on, I get sent straight to the 'UEFI BIOS Utility' screen. I've played around with the boot settings, but nothing has helped me get out of that screen. My friend suggested that something might not be plugged in right, so I've checked the connections inside the PC as well. I'm really hesitant to tinker too much since I don't want to accidentally break anything. I'd appreciate some guidance from anyone who's patient enough to help me out! Thanks! Here are the system specs: Corsair CX750M.

It sounds like your PC isn't detecting a valid Windows installation to boot from. Have you checked the BIOS for your storage drives? You should look for a section labeled 'Storage Information' to see if they’re listed.

I don’t see any storage information in the BIOS, so I'm worried there's an issue there. It was a used PC; could it be that Windows isn't installed?

If it's showing the BIOS but no drives, it's likely that a drive isn’t connected properly or Windows just isn't installed. You might need to create a USB installer for Windows if that’s the case. Have you tried taking a video of the boot process? That might help us figure this out better!

Good idea! I’ll try to capture the boot process and share it.
