I recently did a hard reset on my PC to wipe all files and settings before giving it to my brother. After the reset, I was able to sign into Microsoft, but I accidentally unplugged it and handed it over. Now, the PC turns on, but the display shows 'no signal' and I can't get it to work again. I've tried different monitors and cables, and everything else seems fine since I was using it just an hour ago. I also read that it might be a Windows issue and thought about reinstalling it from a flash drive, but I can't even access the BIOS. I'm really stuck here. My motherboard is B550MATX.

Take a look at the lights on your motherboard. They can give you hints on where the system is stalling. If it's getting stuck on DRAM, that could be a clue. Have you tried reseating the GPU and RAM? Sometimes a simple adjustment can fix the issue.
Double check where your video cable is plugged in—make sure it's connected to the graphics card and not the motherboard. Sometimes that can be an easy fix!

Yeah, I'm stuck on DRAM too! I reseated the GPU and RAM but no luck. It's really frustrating!
