I'm currently running a Ryzen 5 5600 with a 9070XT and 16 GB of DDR4 3200MHz memory (CL16). Most of my usage is gaming, but I also dabble in some machine learning. I'm considering whether upgrading to a 3600MHz RAM kit would give me a noticeable improvement over my current 3200MHz kit. Does anyone think this upgrade is worth it?

If you're set on getting new RAM, I recommend going for 32GB at 3600MHz CL16 since that's the sweet spot. However, if the price difference is huge, a slower kit might work for you too. Just keep in mind, getting a CPU upgrade might be more beneficial in the long run.
Honestly, you might not see much of a difference from 3200 to 3600MHz. If you're looking for a bigger impact, consider adding another 16GB or waiting to upgrade your entire setup to AM5. That will likely give you better performance overall.
I just picked up a 3600MHz CL16 kit for a steal, but honestly, if you already have 3200MHz, it might be enough for now. You could try pushing your current RAM to 3600MHz; sometimes it works out with not much hassle. But if you're on a budget, save up for a new CPU instead!
