I've put together a PC build here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sJmc3w. Budget isn't a huge concern as long as the components are high-quality. I'm not really focused on aesthetics. The main game we're playing is Ark, but our consoles keep crashing, so we need something more powerful. I'm hoping to expand my game library with this setup. I also don't fully understand the purpose of the selected operating system. Lastly, any suggestions for monitors? Should I buy one through this site or look elsewhere? Thanks for your help!

This build looks solid! You're going with a top-tier GPU that's one of the best on the market right now, so you shouldn't have to worry about upgrading for a while. If you're looking to save a bit, you might find a comparable M.2 SSD for around $150 and a good 1000W power supply in the $95-$110 range. There are deals on pre-built PCs that might cost around $1500 or $1700 with similar specs if you're interested in that route, but if you're set on your choices, definitely stick with what you picked!
