I'm having trouble with my computer connecting to WiFi since I returned from college. It's the only device that won't connect. I've already reset both the router and my computer several times, and I've even changed the network password back to the original. The prompt to connect from the router button doesn't work either, and when I try to enter the password, it just keeps saying 'verifying' before showing 'Can't connect to this network.' I'm using an ASUS Zephyrus G15. Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

Have you reset the router to factory settings? Sometimes a fresh start can fix connectivity issues, especially when you've changed the password.
Consider running the network troubleshooter on your computer. It might pinpoint the issue or offer repairs automatically. Just search for 'Network Troubleshooter' in your settings!
Have you tried forgetting the network and then reconnecting? Sometimes that helps clear up connection issues if it was a remembered network.
I’ve tried that multiple times with both the 5G and 2.4 bands, but no luck.
Have you checked the settings on your ASUS? Sometimes the WiFi settings can get switched or misconfigured. You might want to look into the wireless adapter settings.
Are your network drivers up to date? Sometimes outdated drivers can cause connection problems. Check this link for drivers specific to your ASUS Zephyrus G15.

Yes, I reset it to factory settings, and it put the default password back.
