Why is only one stick of RAM working after a BIOS update?

I'm having some trouble with my new build. Initially, everything was running smoothly during the bench test with both RAM sticks working fine. I was using a B650 EAGLE AX motherboard with BIOS version F32, but after updating to F36, I started experiencing issues. I initially received an 'invalid signature' error while trying to update, likely because I forgot to disable secure boot, but the BIOS did show it had updated successfully.

Once I assembled everything in the case, I powered it on, and all I got was the CPU and system fans spinning along with a red DRAM light – no display at all. When I removed the RAM, the light switched to CPU. After a lot of troubleshooting, including Q-flash plus and clearing the CMOS, I finally reached the BIOS with only one RAM stick installed in slot A2 (G.Skill Flare X5 EXPO 32GB DDR5). However, using either stick individually doesn't work in the other slots or together in A2/B2. The system seems fine otherwise, but I can't access BIOS with both sticks anymore. I'm starting to wonder if the BIOS update somehow messed up the RAM compatibility since it all worked fine before. Any advice on what I should try next?

Here’s something you can try: reset the CMOS again, then boot with just one stick in slot A2 and wait for the memory training to finish. If that works, power down and then installed the second stick in B2 and boot up again. If it works, enable the Expo profile in the BIOS, reboot, and let it train once more. Hope it helps!

Hey, thanks for the suggestion. I tried exactly that, but unfortunately, it didn't fix the issue.
