I recently completed a new PC build using a 9800x3d processor and a TUF B650E motherboard. The only components I reused were the M.2 SATA and GPU. Initially, everything seemed fine—I powered it up, went into the BIOS, and then shut it down to plug in a USB drive with Windows. However, after I restarted, I got no display. Now, the orange DRAM light is on. I've tried using different RAM slots and various configurations, including just one stick of RAM, plus I attempted to use the BIOS flashback button. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Have you tried just powering it off and on again? It sounds basic, but it can help sometimes.
I think the issue might be related to that Windows USB. After you plugged it in and powered back on, did it display any errors? You definitely want to try unplugging all peripherals and then clear the CMOS. The BIOS flashback button is actually a bit different; it's mainly for restoring BIOS versions, not clearing the settings.
