I recently upgraded my RAM, CPU, and GPU, but now I'm experiencing low FPS in League of Legends—like only 90 FPS during intense moments. It's puzzling since other games run just fine. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Make sure to optimize your Nvidia Control Panel settings. Set 'Low Latency Mode' to Ultra and 'Power Management Mode' to Prefer Max Performance. Also, turn off V-Sync and check for any frame capping options in the game. That should improve your FPS a lot!
I had a similar problem in Minecraft where my FPS dropped to 20. I found that adjusting the CPU affinity helped. You can do this via the Task Manager—right-click the game process, go to details, and then set affinity to uncheck CPU 0. Might be worth a shot!
Have you tried reinstalling your OS after your hardware upgrades? It’s not strictly necessary, but it can sometimes help resolve weird performance issues. If you didn't, no worries, but consider it if other solutions fail. Also, check your BIOS settings and enable the XMP profile to ensure your RAM is running at its optimal speed.
No, you don’t have to reinstall Windows, but it can sometimes help if you’re having issues.
Is that really a must? I just upgraded my CPU and was wondering if it’s required to reinstall Windows.
