I'm currently considering whether to stick with my unopened 9060 XT 16GB for about $343 CAD or if I should swap it for the 5060 Ti 16GB priced at $414 CAD. I've heard mixed opinions about driver stability and performance between the two, especially for gaming. Looking for advice on whether the upgrade makes sense or if I should just keep what I have.

Both cards have their driver issues, but if you're just gaming, I'd suggest keeping the 9060 XT for now. However, if you ever dive into tasks that can use Nvidia's unique features like CUDA, then the 5060 Ti might be worth the switch.
In my experience, Nvidia's software offers better features like DLSS and Reflex that can help improve gaming performance, especially in older titles. AMD is getting better, but Nvidia still holds a strong advantage in terms of software support.

Haha well that’s not great news! I'm strictly gaming, so that makes my decision easier. What about longevity? Do you think Nvidia will support the 5060 Ti longer than AMD supports the 9060 XT?
