Is It Time for a PC Upgrade?

Hi everyone! I'm thinking about upgrading my PC since there are some great deals on bundles at Microcenter. My motherboard is 7 years old, my case has terrible airflow, and I really need more RAM. I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard, CPU, RAM, and case. The current motherboard I've got is limiting my GPU's PCI lane speed as well.

I mainly play games like Battlefield 6, Battlefield 2042, plus a few older titles, all at 1440p. I'm considering either the AMD Ryzen 7700x or the 7600x3d, with 32GB of DDR5 at 6000, and the MSI 650e motherboard.

Here are my current specs:

- Motherboard: ASUS x470 plus TUF
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600x
- RAM: 16GB DDR4 3000MHz (G.Skill Ripjaw)
- GPU: AMD RX6700XT 12GB
- Case: Coolermaster Masterbox Lite5
- PSU: 800W Coolermaster
- Storage: Samsung Evo 970 NVME SSD

Thanks for any advice!

I saw a great deal at Microcenter for a build that seems perfect for you! They have an AM5 X3D chip, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 9060 XT 16GB GPU for about $1100. It's a fantastic price considering the performance! You might want to check it out if you’re looking for a complete package.

Thanks for the suggestion! But I'm really aiming to do a $500 upgrade for now to keep some of my existing parts.
