What’s the Best Software for Office and Desk Management?

I'm looking for some recommendations on office management software that's easy to use. My goal is to manage office and desk setups effectively since we use a hybrid model. We aren't a large company, but we do face conflicts regarding conference rooms and desk space from time to time. I'd like to find a solution that addresses these issues. If there's anything else I should consider in this process, feel free to let me know!

If you’re using Windows or Microsoft tools, you might want to create a dedicated mailbox for room management in Exchange. It’s pretty straightforward—just set the mailbox's calendar so others can schedule and add appointments there. You may need to set up a user account for the room too, but it can be a solid solution.

Give Microsoft Places a shot! It works with Exchange and offers features for desks and conference rooms. It has some added functionalities that could help you manage your space better.

For a deeper look, you can use Microsoft 365’s room and equipment mailboxes. Here’s a link with more info: [Microsoft Room Mailboxes](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/manage/room-and-equipment-mailboxes?view=o365-worldwide). It’s a helpful resource!

I recommend checking out Archi4e along with Skedda. I’ve found Archi4e to be quicker and easier to set up for desk bookings—it’s a lifesaver for managing space efficiently.
—Don't forget, depending on your budget, Archi4e is a cost-effective choice for similar features as others!
