Help with Motion Issues After Using Display Driver Uninstaller

I'm experiencing some strange motion issues with my setup after using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). Everything was running fine before, but now I'm getting choppy motion when I make fast camera movements in games, even though my monitor is set to 240Hz and my FPS is high. This happens on both my LG 27GR83Q (240 Hz) and Dell G2724D (175 Hz) monitors, and it persists even if I unplug the second monitor.

I used DDU to fix prior system issues, but now I find that I need to have V-Sync turned on to feel smooth in-game, which I never needed to do before. The only thing that seems to help is capping my FPS to around 180, but even then the motion feels off, almost like there's a frame timing issue. I've already tried a Windows reset, BIOS reset, clean NVIDIA driver install, and a few other fixes but nothing is working so far. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked whether you need V-Sync enabled in both the game settings and the NVIDIA Control Panel? It's important to ensure it’s turned on globally to avoid any potential input lag or stutters. I know it can feel weird having to turn it on after using DDU, but it could help stabilize your gameplay.

Yeah, I see what you mean. It’s set in the NVCP, but enabling it in the game can introduce input lag, which is frustrating since it wasn't an issue before. I wonder if this could be a handshake issue with my monitors...

A quick question for you: do you also have the iGPU drivers installed for your Ryzen 7 7800X3D? Sometimes having both sets of drivers can cause conflicts. If you haven't already, I'd suggest uninstalling those drivers to see if that helps with the black screens or other issues you’re experiencing.

I do have them installed. It’s possible I accidentally added the iGPU driver when I reinstalled the drivers after using DDU. Should I just remove the iGPU drivers entirely? Thanks for the suggestion!
