Hey everyone! I'm in the process of building a tiny, compact PC and I've put together my parts list here: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6JT8Wc]. I've done quite a bit of research, but I'm feeling a bit unsure about the motherboard I've selected. I consider switching to an Asus B650E-I or the B850I, yet the price difference is significant—around 100 euros more! I'm really torn on whether those extra costs are justified due to VRM phases or if I should stick with what I have. I'm not on a strict budget, but I don't want to overspend if I can avoid it. I'm planning to use this build for a while without immediate upgrades. Any advice would be appreciated!

If you're mostly into gaming, the Asus B650E-I would be a solid choice. It'll handle a 5070ti and a 9800X3D pretty well, just make sure the VRM temps are kept in check, especially in that compact case. Overall, it's a good board for gaming and should suit your needs if you’re using those components.

Thanks for the input! That makes sense. I'm just trying to balance performance with my budget.
