My mom accidentally locked herself out of her iPhone and forgot her passcode. Unfortunately, she doesn't have a computer to back it up. Is there any way to reset the iPhone without erasing all her data?

Honestly, it sounds like the only way to access her phone and keep all the data is if there's been a recent backup. Without that in place, you won't be able to unlock the phone without erasing it. She should also check iCloud.com to see if anything important is backed up there.
Normally, if she doesn't have her data backed up to iCloud, there's not much you can do. If her iCloud account is set up and regularly backing up, you have a chance, but you'll still need a computer to reset it manually. You can check out the Apple support page for some potential options, but it's tricky without backups.
I ran into this issue before! If she hasn't been using iCloud to back up regularly, you might be out of luck. You'll need to connect the phone to a computer to reset it, and without the passcode, you can't access any data. It's a tough spot to be in if there's no backup.

Thanks for the tips! I'm hoping she has something saved in iCloud.
