In testing with LatencyMon, the drivers causing the most latency include:
1. amdkmdag.sys (ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver)

4. Wdf01000.sys (Kernel Driver Framework Runtime)
I've done multiple Windows reinstalls and while the latency initially dips below 100µs, it quickly skyrockets after driver installations. Honestly, a lot of people misinterpret LatencyMon results. Those numbers on your screenshot seem pretty typical. I'd recommend checking the Performance tab in Task Manager to get a baseline. If you could share a screenshot of that, I might be able to provide further input.
Don't stress too much about the DPCs until you’ve confirmed if something else is causing the latencies.
