I'm planning to build a new PC after using integrated graphics for quite some time. I've been seeing a lot of benchmarks focusing on 1440p and 4K gaming, but I'm primarily a 1080p gamer. I'm curious if a basic rig with a 7500f and a 5060 ti or 5070 will allow me to play current and future games at high settings without many problems. I'm used to lower quality graphics and frame rates, so I'm excited about the improvements, but I want to make sure my investment will last. Have PC components really advanced to the point that I can enjoy gaming at high settings in 1080p for the foreseeable future?
