Hey everyone! I'm facing a frustrating issue with my computer. It says there's a problem with my PIN, and I need to reset it. When I try to set up a new PIN, I'm prompted to log into my Outlook account. The problem is that it claims I have no internet connection, even though I'm connected via ethernet. This is a bit of a repeat issue for me. I wish I could share screenshots, but it won't let me. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Booting into safe mode with networking can help. It might bypass any issues with your regular network settings and let you access the internet to reset your PIN.
Have you tried connecting your computer directly with an ethernet cable? Sometimes, just a temporary switch can help establish a connection since it sounds like that might not be working correctly for you.
