My New 5070 Ti Isn’t Displaying Anything – Help!

I recently upgraded my GPU to a 5070 Ti to replace my old 2070 Super, but now I'm facing a problem where the screen is completely blank. I've switched the PCIe settings from auto to Gen 4 and even tried 8x + 8x configurations, but nothing seems to fix the issue. Additionally, the VGA light stays illuminated while the PC is running, indicating that there's no display happening at all. I'm looking for any troubleshooting tips or solutions that could help resolve this issue.

It sounds like your GPU isn't being recognized properly. You might want to check a few things. First, double-check that the GPU is securely seated in the PCIe slot. Also, you should verify the power supply connections—ensure all required power connectors are plugged in properly. An outdated BIOS could also cause problems, so consider updating it if you haven't done so yet. Last, if you've got another PSU available, testing the card with that might help determine if your current one is lacking sufficient power.

Good call on the power connections! If you only have 2 PCIe 8-pin connectors, that could definitely be an issue if the GPU requires more power. Make sure you have enough connectors to power everything fully.

Just a heads up, if you're using a B550 motherboard, it's essential to check the BIOS version. Sometimes new GPUs need the latest updates to work properly.
