I'm trying to pin an MP4 video file directly to my taskbar in Windows 11 so I can open it with just one click. Can anyone guide me on how to do that?

If the video is just a file, you don't necessarily need VLC to pin it to the taskbar. Just create a shortcut on your desktop for the MP4 file, and then you can drag that shortcut down to the taskbar. This should allow you to access the video quickly. No need for a web page in this case!
First, make sure your video is on your computer. You'll need to create a shortcut for it. Right-click the video file, then select 'Create Shortcut.' After that, you can drag this shortcut to your taskbar. If you're using VLC, the shortcut should look something like this: "C:Program FilesVideoLANVLCvlc.exe" "C:PathToYourVideo.mp4". This way, clicking the shortcut will launch VLC and play your video.
