Hey everyone! I'm currently on the lookout for a full SASE solution to help streamline operations at my company, which has 14 sites and around 650 users. We're looking to shift away from our old MPLS WAN to embrace more modern features like ZTNA, VPN-less access, and CASB. Our search was prompted by our need to replace Cisco Umbrella.
Right now, I'm evaluating three vendors: ZScaler, Netskope, and Cato. We've done proofs of concept with both Netskope and Cato, but I'm curious to hear from anyone else who has been down this road with similar vendors. What were your experiences? Did you find a solution that worked well for your needs? Thanks!

I'd advise being cautious with Cato. ZScaler can get pricey as you add features, so just keep that in mind. Netskope seems solid, and I've had good results with Palo Alto Prisma. Overall, I'd say you're safe with any of them except Cato—I've seen several customers move away from it due to support issues and bugs. But your mileage may vary!
We've had a great experience with Cato, actually! I crunched some numbers for a recent renewal and would be happy to share pricing expectations if that helps you out.
Did you get to test the SD-WAN capabilities of Netskope and Cato during your POCs? Those features can be really crucial for your setup!
No, we couldn't test SD-WAN because our current faux MPLS setup made it impossible.
Oh wow, that's tough! I've actually had the opposite experience. Cato's customer retention is supposedly around 99%. What specific issues did your customers face? Also, regarding Palo Alto Prisma, I'd love to hear more about your take on Prisma SD-WAN since it fits into the OP's use case.
