I recently purchased a prebuilt PC, and every time I attempt to reset it, I encounter an issue. The computer turns on, then briefly shuts off, and restarts with a message stating, "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click OK to restart the computer and then restart the installation." Unfortunately, clicking OK just brings me back to the same problem. What can I do to resolve this?

Did this issue start right away, or did it happen after you made any updates or changed hardware? If it’s the former, I recommend reaching out to the seller for a return or exchange; it’s their issue to fix. If it's the latter, try to provide more details about what happened before this issue started.
The built-in factory reset feature can be really problematic. Instead of using that, I highly recommend doing a clean install of Windows. It usually works better and can help avoid these kinds of errors.
If you're unsure about how to perform a clean install, it’s really straightforward, but you’ll need a USB with the Windows installation files. Once you have that, you can boot from the USB and follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall Windows.
Just curious, but why are you trying to reset your PC in the first place? Is it for troubleshooting or some other reason?
