I'm looking for some recommendations on a CPU upgrade for my girlfriend's PC. She currently has a Ryzen 5 3600 and just got herself an RX 9070 XT. Since I only want to upgrade the CPU and keep the existing 32GB of DDR4 RAM, I'm focusing on options that fit the same socket. My budget is around €200 to €260, but I could stretch it a bit for the right processor. Any suggestions?

The Ryzen 5700X3D is a great buy; it's more budget-friendly than the 5800X3D while offering very close performance. It's particularly good for gaming thanks to its 3D cache.
You might want to consider the Ryzen 5800X or 5950X. If you can find a 5800X3D at a decent price, that's also a solid option, but it can be a bit pricey. 😅
Where's the best place to buy it? I’ve only seen it for around €400.
