Looking for Advice on My Second PC Build

I'm in the process of building a new PC since my old one is having issues. My current setup includes a GTX 1660, Ryzen 7 2700X, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM. I'm contemplating whether to keep some of these parts, like the RAM and my NZXT H510 case, or just start fresh with an entirely new build. I mostly play Valorant and might stream occasionally, so I'm focusing on getting a good CPU. I've put together a build but would love some advice on a few specific points. Here are my questions:

1. With RAM prices being so high, should I go for a single 16GB stick or invest in two 16GB sticks?

2. Any recommendations for a more affordable PSU?

3. What cooling solutions would you suggest?

4. Is the motherboard I picked decent, or should I consider a cheaper alternative?

5. Should I invest in DDR5 memory instead of sticking with DDR4?

6. Any other tips on how to save money on my build?

Here's the [PCPartPicker Part List](https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/hC3b4p) I created, with all the components I'm considering.

For cooling, I'd recommend the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240. It's solid and fairly quiet. Also, it does a great job at keeping temperatures down, especially if you're overclocking the CPU. Have you thought about any particular cases that would accommodate that?

I appreciate the suggestion! Do you own one yourself?
