I'm currently using a basic desk mouse that I found around the house, and it's not cutting it for my gaming needs. I want to get a budget-friendly mouse, ideally around the price of the Attackshark X3. I've heard there's better options out there for the same price or even cheaper. I mainly plan to play PvP games like Valorant, so I need something that works well for that.

Have you checked out a local store? It's really important since everyone's hand shape is different, and you can't really know what you like until you try some out. For instance, I've heard good things about the Glorious Model O—it fits well in hand, though it's on the pricier side.
I'd steer clear of Corsair mice. My experiences with their products, including the Darkstar wireless, have been pretty disappointing due to quality issues. You might want to check out other brands instead.
If you're looking for something like the G Pro Wireless, just know that it's considered high-end and might be above your budget. But it does get high praise in the gaming community.
