You could try using OneDrive's file request feature. It allows you to create a link that others can use to upload files directly. You might also want to check out Box's similar feature if you're interested in alternative platforms.
Google Drive could work for your needs as well. You can create a folder, set permissions, and then share the link for others to upload files directly to you. It's pretty straightforward!
If you're using Office 365, you can create a folder in OneDrive and set it up to request files. People can upload to it without seeing the contents of the folder, and you'll get notifications when new files are added!
