Hey everyone! I recently got an ASUS laptop, and I haven't really used it much. Lately, I've been facing issues where the screen freezes when I watch Netflix. The only way to get past this is by holding down the power button to restart it. I'm not really tech-savvy, but I've checked and my NVIDIA drivers are up to date. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Could you let us know the exact model of your laptop? And by the way, can you still watch YouTube without any problems? That might help narrow down the issue.
I had a similar issue before, and I fixed it by turning off graphics acceleration in the Microsoft Edge settings. Give that a try if you haven’t already!
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Netflix app? That sometimes helps resolve freezing issues. Also, what’s the model number of your laptop?
I tried using the web version of Netflix, but it still froze. I’ll reinstall the app and see if that makes a difference! Model number is Vivobook_ASUSLaptop M6500XV.
Let us know if reinstalling helps! Sometimes it really can make a difference.

I can watch YouTube just fine! My laptop model is an ASUS Vivobook Pro 15.
