Hey everyone! I just purchased two Kingston Hyper X Beast RAM sticks (KHX18C10T3K4/32X) for my ASUS Z97 Pro motherboard, but they won't work at all. I've tried various configurations: using just one stick with the other slots empty, using both sticks, and even trying different slots (like the first two on the right and the two on the left). However, my computer won't start at all when these RAM sticks are installed—I can't even access the BIOS to check for any error messages. The PC works perfectly fine with other RAM sticks, just not these new ones. Any idea what might be going wrong? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried clearing the CMOS? Sometimes that can reset things and help with compatibility issues. Just short the clear CMOS pin with a screwdriver, then try installing the RAM again. Also, check if your CPU can handle that 1866 MHz speed; some may only support up to 1600 MHz.
Just a heads-up, the ASUS Z97 Pro can support up to 32GB DDR3 total across its four slots. Make sure that you're using compatible RAM sticks, as that could also be a reason why they're not working.
Make sure you're not overclocking your other RAM. Sometimes it can mess with the new sticks if the settings aren't compatible. You might want to check your BIOS settings to see if there's anything related to that.
Double-check your RAM slot placement. You shouldn't be putting the sticks right next to each other. For your motherboard, slots 1 and 3 or 2 and 4 are often the configurations that work best. Try that out!
I tried using just one RAM stick in an empty slot, but it still didn't work.
I haven't overclocked anything in my BIOS before.
