Hey everyone! I'm hoping I can get some help here. I've been using TrueNAS to manage my apps and mostly utilizing the app store, along with a few custom YAML files. Recently, I started experimenting with Dockge, and it was going great initially. However, after I restarted my TrueNAS, Dockge seemed to start up normally, but when I checked today, I noticed that many of the apps are still running but aren't managed by Dockge anymore, plus the associated folders and compose files have disappeared! If the apps are still active, they must be somewhere, right? I can't seem to find them. Is there a way to retrieve those files so Dockge can manage them again? Also, does anyone know what could have caused this or what I might have done differently to prevent it?

It sounds like your apps might be getting automatically managed by TrueNAS after the reboot, which could result in them being detached from Dockge. I personally use Jailmaker instead of their App GUI, so I’m not sure about the specifics with Dockge. It might help to check in a TrueNAS-focused forum for more precise guidance on this.
That makes sense, but I actually migrated and set up about 8 to 12 apps through Dockge, and it created all the necessary folders and compose files. Now, after the restart, everything just... vanished? It's really puzzling, and I'm unsure if I overlooked something or if there’s some issue with Dockge itself.
