I'm about to build my first PC and I've put together a part list. I'm looking to get your thoughts on it! I'll be using it with a 180Hz 1080p monitor and aim for solid, consistent performance that will last a few years. Here's my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6jh9xg. What do you all think?

You really should consider changing your GPU for better performance. Just a suggestion!

Is something like this any good?

I think the RTX 4070 isn't the best choice right now. It used to retail for $599, but now it's priced around $830 and is somewhat outdated. For around $750, you could get an RTX 5070Ti, which would be a better investment. But honestly, for 1080p at 180Hz, you don't need that much power. Cards like the RX 9060XT 16GB or the RTX 5060Ti 16GB would do the job just fine—those go for about $350 and $430. If you're looking for something a tier up, check out the RX 9070 or the RTX 5070 at $550 each. Just get the 9060XT 16GB and you should be all set!

What budget are you aiming for with this build?

I don’t have a strict budget, I just want to keep costs reasonable. I’m aiming for 180-200 FPS at medium to high settings at 1080p. Does this look better? I changed the GPU.
