Can I Bring My ITX PC from Canada to Ireland for University?

I'm heading off to university soon and considering swapping my motherboard and case to an ITX setup. I'm curious if I can bring my PC from Canada to Ireland this way. I've seen some people say it's possible, and I found a case with a handle that makes it easy to carry on my lap. The price of a Steam Deck and switching to ITX is similar, and I could save about $50 by using a portable ITX PC with a monitor instead. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

It really depends on how big your GPU is. If you're coming from a micro ATX case with a longer GPU, switching to ITX might not save you much space. Just make sure the new case is long enough for your graphics card. If you've got a smaller GPU, going ITX could work out better for portability!

I have an EVGA 1070 8GB, so it's on the smaller side. I managed to get it used since I couldn’t afford the new prices in my area right now.
