PC Crashing After Installing New RAM: Need Help!

I recently installed new RAM in my PC, and since then, Windows has been crashing whenever I try to play games that use a lot of memory. I ran some RAM testing tools, but they didn't show any errors. I switched back to my old RAM, but I still experienced crashes, which was unusual since my old RAM never caused issues before. Now, after each crash, the computer struggles to boot up normally; it gets stuck at the BIOS splash screen for a while and then shows messages like 'Choose booting device' or 'No operating system found.' The only way to boot back into Windows is by turning the PC off at the power supply. I haven't changed any BIOS settings. I'm pretty lost on what to do next, and any advice would be appreciated! Here's my setup: CPU - Intel i3-9100F, GPU - Gigabyte 1080ti, RAM - 2x4GB FURY 2400MHz (and the new 2x8GB SP 3200MHz), Motherboard - ASRock B365M Pro4, PSU - Gigabyte 650W.

Have you checked the QVL (Qualified Vendor List) for your motherboard? It’s possible that the new RAM isn’t fully compatible with your system. Also, consider a BIOS update; it might resolve the memory compatibility issues you're facing.

What kind of crashes are you experiencing? Are there any specific error messages? Also, have you checked the health of your storage drive using CrystalDiskInfo? It's crucial to know the overall specs of your system too for proper advice.

There are no specific error messages. It freezes without a blue screen, and everything goes white with a loading wheel. CrystalDiskInfo says my storage is fine. Here are my specs: CPU - Intel i3-9100F, GPU - Gigabyte 1080ti, RAM - original 2x4GB FURY 2400MHz and new 2x8GB SP 3200MHz, Motherboard - ASRock B365M Pro4, PSU - Gigabyte 650W.

Did you happen to do any updates before installing the new RAM? Sometimes a previous update can cause issues with new hardware.

No updates were done; I made sure of that before switching the RAM.
