New Motherboard and CPU Swap: No Display Issues—Need Help!

I swapped out my old motherboard for a new MSI B850 Tomahawk Max WiFi and upgraded my CPU to a 9800X3D, but now when I power it on, there's no display despite the fans running at full speed. I've attempted to clear the CMOS, but that didn't help. I want to know if there's a way to get directly into BIOS to check things out and get it to display on my monitor. I'm open to any suggestions!

You should definitely be able to connect it via the motherboard's HDMI port to access the BIOS. That’s usually a reliable way to get a display regardless of other connections you have.

I tried that, but nothing showed up on the screen. I think I might have figured out the issue, though. I didn’t realize the RAM needed to be installed correctly; on my old motherboard, there was more spacing between slots.
